CORTE BRAGADIN APARTMENT
This small beautiful apartment is located in the area of Dorsoduro on the ground floor of a small “palazzetto” not far from ‘the Zattere.’
The location is second to none and only moments away from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Contemporary Art Centre of Punta della Dogana. This quaint and charming area of Venice is most often enjoyed by strolling along the famous “Zattere” boardwalk with an ice cream in hand.
The apartment have been newly renovated in 2011 and fully furnished with fine antique furnishings and artwork.
It is easily accessible from the main entrance of the building. There are no stairs to get there or inside.You can find a living room with the kitchen and with a double sofa bed (160x190 cm), a room with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, stove, microwave oven, and a coffee machine. There are pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery, if You wish to have dinner at home . There's no washing machine. It's forbidden to smoke and to bring pets inside.
There's a new TV LCD 22 " and You can watch all the free channels.
There's also, included in the price, a Wifi ADSL Internet connection.
The main feature of it is a huge wooden frame , separating the bedroom from the living room.
Upon arrival, guests will have to pay the tourist tax as required by the Municipality.
Arrival times must be communicated and agreed upon in advance with the owner. The meeting with the owner will be at the Zattere stop.
The check in is from 15 to 21, the check out until 11
